Rus represents individual and business clients in Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation and Complex Commercial Litigation.
Rus concentrates his Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation practice on issues involving motor vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, medical liability, liquor liability, and other related liability issues including, but not limited to, wrongful death, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, automobile and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and defective products. His Complex Commercial Litigation practice is focused on business litigation issues involving tort liability, contract liability, and statutory liability including, but not limited to, contract disputes, trade secrets, non-competition disputes, consumer protection, and other complex business disputes.
Rus is a lecturer for the National Business Institute, and he teaches seminars in Plaintiff Personal Injury law to fellow members of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
With over a decade of litigation experience, an Internship with the United States Senate, and an Externship with the United States District Court, Rus is a seasoned litigator, an aggressive advocate, and an experienced counselor to his individual and corporate clients.
